savannah ga: i've gotten ahold of a very small male wild anole with a pretty bad laceration under the right ear, the skin is completely split open, however, there is a membrane still there, and there doesn't appear to be any bleeding, especially from the ear, which is good. He's extremely weak, and doesn't move at all, he blinks though, and he took water from a dropper, apon which his color improved trememdously and the skin took on a less dehydrated, loose appearance. He's barely hanging on, he could die anytime, but i have to do what i can to make him more confortable at the very least. Does anyone have any feeding advice, laceration information, i'm afriad of infection. I have some baytril (antibiotic) for my pet mice, would it be acceptable to give him some of that if he lives and the cut is infected? please, someone help me take care of this little boy.

I wouldn't give him any medicine. Go to a vet if your willing. Other than that keep giving it water drops and try feeding it some peach baby food if you have any.
