Hey, my Anoles won't eat again. Not only the green one, the two brown don't wanna eat as well. My green Anole is very thin, he haven't eaten even any peace of food for two weeks, since he couldn't swallow a cricket for an hour... i'm so affraid he there's something serious with him...and i have no idea where to find a vet, who deals with Anoles (no vets deal with Anoles where i have already been). Could the difficult-to-swallow cricket cause this?

I don't know, but mines hasn't eaten anything for over3 weeks now, i'm not too concerned yet, as he isn't too thin. Must be that time of year.. all i can suggest is keep trying different things, i'm going to get some spiders from the garden son and try them, he hasn't touched the crickets or the wax worms he usually loves.

Same with mine....no crickets, no mealworms... He used to have 'seasons'. I mean he didn't eat anything but mealworms for a while and that's the same with the crickets. The only thing i'm worried now is that he eats neighter of them, and he gets thiner and thiner day by day....

Anoles are reptiles and cold-blooded. So keep in mind that they won't eat as much in the winter as they will in the spring/summer. Try peach baby food if they still won't eat.
